I'll be using well-researched theory and frameworks to support your thinking and support you to check in with yourself, process what you have experience, and explore what you need more of and need to be different.
100%! What happens in our sessions stays in our sessions. I work hard to create a calm, safe space for you to explore strengths at your own pace. We agree a coaching contract from the outset setting boundaries and our code of conduct. If you are exploring strengths as a team or through your organisation, you may be expected to share your strengths, goals and desired outcomes with colleagues and/or managers.
