The first step in discovering your strengths is through undertaking the strengthscope psychometric questionnaire. This will reveal your unique strengths in a 15-page detailed report which we will talk through together in a 1-2-1 exploring your strengths coaching session, usually centred on a goal or challenge you wish to work through.
This 90-minute session explores the report in detail, engaging a powerful, strengths-based coaching practice. This is a standalone session which gives you access to the Strengthscope platform, your report and other useful self-development tools which you can return to time and time again.
The coaching session works through a goal or challenge and through my positive psychology-influenced coaching, you'll start to look at how you can achieve your goals or overcome your challenges through a strengths-focused lens. There is also a 360 feedback option to further explore how your strengths are perceived by your colleagues and peers at an organisational level.
(There is also an option to explore your strengths without the report if you prefer to rely on your insights.)

My goal is to help you find the most confident, motivated and successful version of yourself. My individualized strength-based 1-2-1 coaching will help you attain your goals, overcome challenges and find opportunities to thrive at work.
Together we will explore your strengths and identify how you can use them to perform at your best. We can begin with your Strengthscope report or can use a more insight-based approach to highlighting your strengths. We will then have 3-6 strengths coaching sessions to work towards your desired outcome.

I will help your team to explore and value each other's strengths, supporting you to embed a common language and lens that seeks to identify each individual's way of thriving. We begin with your Strengthscope profiling followed by 1-2-1 debriefing sessions and a strengths-in-action team workshop.

Strengths-based coaching is an interactive experience where you discover what energises you and how you can thrive to your fullest; what might drain you and what performance risks you might encounter; how to mitigate risks and draw on your strengths or those of others; how to reach your goals and overcome challenges using your strengths.
100%! What happens in our sessions stays in our sessions. I work hard to create a calm, safe space for you to explore strengths at your own pace. We agree a coaching contract from the outset setting boundaries and our code of conduct. If you are exploring strengths as a team or through your organisation, you may be expected to share your strengths, goals and desired outcomes with colleagues and/or managers.
The time that your coaching process will take depends on the complexity of your goals and your commitment and openness to your process. I offer single strengths debrief sessions aswell as longer coaching series to support you through your strengths journey.
I offer coaching that is right for your needs. Whether you are an individual looking to explore your strengths in a debriefing session or require a series of coaching sessions to work towards a goal or overcome a challenge through the strengths lens. I also offer team strengths debrief sessions and strengths in action workshops to empower the whole team to thrive with strengths.
